Microsorb Si 100Å Series

Agilent Microsorb Silica is available in two different pore sizes, 60 and 100Å, and is ideal for the separation of low molecular weight compounds that dissolve in organic solvents. Separations on silica columns depend upon the difference in orientation, type and number of functional groups associated with the compounds in the sample. From a preparative chromatography standpoint, normal phase silica purifications are preferred because the purified sample can be concentrated without time-consuming lyophilization (freeze-drying).
