(3R,4S) PIRKLE 1-J - 5µm

The Regis Pirkle 1-J CSP is based on 3-(3,5-Dinitrobenzamido)-4-pheny-β-lactam. This unusual β-lactam structure significantly alters its molecular recognition properties. The Pirkle 1J is useful for the direct separation of underivatized β-blocker enantiomers. It can also be used for the separation of the enantiomers of arylpropionic acid NSAID’s as well as other drugs.
