ZORBAX Bio-SCX Series II 300Å

Agilent ZORBAX Bio-SCX Series II Columns are designed for optimized 2D separations of peptides and proteins using LC-MS. This packing is based on ultra-pure 3.5 µm ZORBAX silica particles, bonded with a bio-friendly polymer that is functionalized with sulfonic acid groups. This gives strong retention and good peak shape in the ion exchange step of 2D-analysis of peptides and proteins.
