InertSep® C8-NE


 InertSep C8-NE is a silica-based sorbent modified with C8 (octyl) functional groups being utilized for a weaker non-polar interaction than C18. InertSep C8- NE is used for samples where the hydrophobic interaction is too strong to be used with a C18 functional group, but due to the active free silanol groups not being end-capped, cationic exchange is combined with the hydrophobic interaction. It is suitable for the selective extraction of basic compounds.
