Agilent J&W HP-PLOT Al2O3 S is the least polar alumina phase and is deactivated with sodium sulfate. It is the standard column choice for light hydrocarbon analysis, particularly C1 to C8 hydrocarbon isomers. It is excellent for resolving acetylene from butylene and isobutane.
- Middle range of "polarity" for Alumina phases
- Aluminum oxide deactivated with sodium sulfate
- Excellent general use column for light hydrocarbon analysis – C1-C8 hydrocarbon isomers
- Best for resolving acetylene from butane and propylene from isobutane
- Each Agilent J&W GC column is tested with the tightest industry QC specifications for column bleed, sensitivity, and efficiency to provide you utmost confidence in qualitative and quantitative results
- For details about the QC test conditions including the test probe mixture and the resulting chromatogram, please refer to the Agilent J&W GC Column Performance Summary shipped with each GC column
