Eprogen MICRA AX300 Series

Weak Anion Exchanger - Eprogen MICRA AX300 support is a crosslinked polyethyleneimine phase on 6-7µ, 300Å, silica. Selectivity can be altered by mobile phase composition, and pH affects ionization of both the support and the solute. AX-300 permits analysis of proteins up to molecular weights of 200,000 daltons. AX300 has excellent recoveries and loading capacity.. e.g., 22mg ovalbumin can be loaded onto a 250x4.6 column with no overloading effects.
