Acclaim Mixed-Mode WCX-1 Series

The Thermo Scientific The Acclaim Mixed-Mode WCX-1 is a novel, high-efficiency, silica-based column, with a proprietary ligand with both hydrophobic and weak cation exchange properties. Selectivity of ionizable and neutral compounds can be controlled independently or simultaneously by tuning mobile phase ionic strength, pH or organic modifier. This column therefore can separate using multiple separation modes: reversed-phase, cation exchange, and normal-phase/ HILIC and is recommended for a variety of industrial applications, including pharmaceutical, chemical, consumer products, foods and beverages.
