Micro Valves

Simplify your liquid or gas handling application with a VICI Jour sampling micro valve. The unique design of the fitting detail allows a leak-free seal with no potential for rotor damage from overtightening. Internal parts are PEEK and PTFE.

  • 1/4-28 Threads
  • 1.50mm bore
  • Wetted parts PEEK and PTFE (Biocompatible)
  • Max Pressure Liquid 34.5bar / 500psi (tested with 1/8"OD x 0.75mm PTFE Tubing)
  • Max Pressure Gas 13.8bar / 200psi (tested 1/16"OD x 0.84mm PTFE Tubing (Helium))
  • Compact 1" design
  • Convenient panel mount, hole diameter 8mm (0.3125"), 6mm maximum thickness
  • Includes flangeless PPS fittings and CTFE collapsible ferrules for 1/8" OD tubing
