ZORBAX PSM Series (GPC/SEC)

ZORBAX PSM columns are manufactured using rugged ZORBAX SIL porous silica microspheres (PSM) and can be used for molecular size separations on most synthetic and natural polymers. Unlike polymeric media, the silica is not swelled by organic or aqueous mobile phases and resists reactive species and strong acids present in certain analyses.

  • Choices to analyze polymers over the molecular weight range 500 – 100,000g/mol
  • Alternative to polymeric particles for specialty applications requiring silica’s resistance to acids, oxidizers, or reactive species
