CP-FAME
Agilent J&W Select FAME is tuned for optimal cis/trans separations of FAMEs, especially the C18 isomers. This low-bleed, bonded column has an isothermal maximum operation temperature of 275 °C and a programmed temperature of 290 °C - a dramatic improvement of 50 °C compared to non-bonded columns. Even though this is a very polar column, its efficiency is extremely high. Columns up to 200 m are available for detailed analysis of the C18:1 isomer cluster. Select FAME also offers three times greater loadability, further improving the shape and separation for FAME isomers - especially if one component is present at a higher concentration.
