ZirChrom-SAX - 3µm

ZirChrom-SAX cross-linked polyethyleneimine-coated zirconia for strong anion-exchange. Useful for the separation of bio-molecules such as nucleotides, nucleosides, oligonucleotides, oligodeoxynucleotides, amino acids, and peptides.

• Stable from pH 1-12
• Efficient weak anion-exchanger useful for inorganic and organic anions
• Different selectivity than silica or polymeric anion-exchangers
• Does not shrink or swell as a function of anionic strength or organic modifier content of the mobile phase.
• Thermally stable up to 80°C
