Hi-Plex K 8µm

Agilent Hi-Plex K uses a positively charged potassium counter-ion to provide selectivity differences through its ability to interact with the hydroxyl groups -- the secondary ligand-exchange mechanism. Hi-Plex columns typically use isocratic conditions with water as the eluent and temperature as the main variable for resolution control. Applications are alcohols.
